The garden and playground, sunbathing lawn, swimming pool and table tennis invite you to relax without even having to leave the guesthouse.

The numerous excursions possible in Salzburg province and in the city itself make a longer stay attractive. Neighbouring Bavaria, with the beautiful Berchtesgaden area and the nearby Chiemsee lake ( with Herrenchiemsee Castle - about 30 minutes journey from us ) lend the area a superb atmosphere.

Our prices apply per room ( first per person ) and include buffet breakfast, service charge and taxes. At time of printing January 2012 Baby-bed one-time charge 10,00 Euro! Dog taxes charge 10,00 Euro per day, without food ! During the main season between 29.06.2012 to 16.09.2012 the higher prices apply! For the time from 27.12.2012 to 6.1.2013 prices and rooms at inquiry. Season of New Year ! Changes of the price and mistakes are possible ! Rooms are available from 3pm. Please arrive before 6pm. or let us know by telephone if you will be arriving later. At the daparture day you have to leave the room at 10.00 am ! Awarded the 4 Edelweiss category by the Salzburg Association of Private B&Bs! General terms of business for cancel: Chancel only per written valid, to 14 days before free of charge, under 7 days liable to pay costs 90%. Came prematurely departure or cancellation on the journey day 100%! It is possible to give the room for another person, we make free of charge. Please, come you later as 18.00 o´ clock, you call us ( telephone number: 0043/662/854738 or 0043/664/2140309) and tell us, because we cannot guarantee your free fix booking are sure.
